Unfortunately, in comparison with the new country complexes, Isloch loses. - A small territory that remained from the House of Writers. There is a field, but with knee-high grass and a path to the gazebos. A couple of paths in the forest and otherwise an impenetrable forest. Everything can be bypassed in 10 minutes. - Rental bicycles - creaking, on their last legs. - Breakfast - a couple of egg preparation recipes (omelet, glaze, scramble) and 2-3 porridge options. The child is normal. For an adult, the portions are too small. In this regard, breakfasts in other good complexes are out of competition. - There are not enough places where you can relax /sit - there are only a couple of benches on the territory of the complex. And those in the shadows as a rule. Add chairs, bags, deck chairs, etc. - There is practically no entertainment for children - 1 trampoline (excellent) and 1 slide with a sandbox. There is no more entertainment for children. - We did not treat the territory against ticks - after the first lap around the territory, we took off 5 ticks. - Saving on everything -a tea bag per person (economical saving =), there are no bathrobes in the bathroom, etc.

Aquazone - the buttons of the aquapools do not work in the pool, the bucket of water after the bath needs to be turned over manually (where did the lace go?), it is hot near the pool so that in December people open the doors to the street in order to ventilate...Is this the norm? No! Plus, previously, no more than 10 people were allowed into the aquazone for a session, but now there were 14 with us!! adults and 4 children. Total - 18((( It was very cold in the room on December 9, previously they had put on fan heaters, now they don't. Restaurant. We waited for food at 17-00 exactly 1 hour 01 minutes, while only a couple of tables were occupied, there was no full house, and to say that the shops were overloaded is not to say, and there were no special services /banquets that day. As a person who has already visited the complex six times, I actually started from the first year after opening, I can say that I will recommend it to everyone. A beautiful place, clean, tidy territory. You can get around everything in 20-30 minutes. When there are a lot of people in the gazebos, of course, it is not very quiet or some kind of corporates. Although there was once when the wedding took place there, I did not feel any discomfort at all, and this was before the construction of the site in the forest. As for the rooms, I was only in family and double superia, the rooms are big and beautiful, minimalism does not spoil them in any way. There are no big questions about cleanliness (a couple of times a dirty mirror was left, and dirt on the upholstery of the sofa), but this is more a claim to the previous tenants. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, glasses. There are always two bottles of 0.5 liters of drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar. In the restaurant, the dishes are delicious almost everything that I have tried. Yes, they cook for a long time, up to an hour, but it's like an author's kitchen, and in principle it's fine. The price tag is high on the menu, this is an undeniable fact. I am happy with the restaurant because once in the evening they brought two glasses of delicious wine, just as a gift, we did not order) According to the aquazone, everything is fine when there are few people there. There's nothing more than 10 people to do there. optimally 4-6. You can safely shorten the session to an hour. Many people just walk around killing time. And make the music a little louder. The reception staff are always nice friendly girls, there have never been any problems. The restaurant sometimes had waiters who did not quite correspond to the level of the institution. Of the minuses, the temperature in the rooms during the cold period is also really cool, the batteries barely warm, although they are set to the maximum, plus a cold floor, this should also be taken into account. Incomprehensible manipulations with the TV need to be carried out to turn it on. Well, the most important drawback is, anyway, but there is nothing special to do in the complex for more than two days. It would not hurt to have at least billiards, a couple of tables. I think bowling was not idle at your place. In general, grow and develop, wait for a visit))

Minuses The rooms are old, worn out, not worth their money. In the deluxe room of house No. 1, the wallpaper in the living room was torn off, in the bedroom (which was hardly intended for this according to the planner's idea) there were slippers of previous guests under the bed, there was a "face" on the front door – an imprint, apparently, of the same guests, the leg of one of the beds was broken. It was very stuffy, heated floors were working at +17, low humidity – there was nothing to breathe. It was my birthday. We could not fulfill any of my husband's requests: neither to move the single bed to the next room (my husband did it himself on arrival in 2 minutes) – we arrived with a 4-month-old child, nor to put fresh flowers in the room, nor even to serve breakfast in the room from a restaurant 5 steps from the house... Then I accidentally I see on the website that birthday people get a 10% discount on everything. By the way, in our case it is 80+ rubles only from accommodation. I check with the administrator, because when filling out the data, we indicated the dates of birth of all vacationers, to which she answers me that the order had to be placed by phone and generally send some kind of application and a scan of the passport, and since we have already paid for everything, nothing can be done… At the same time, we lived for another day, and I am sure (I have been working in the service sector for 12+ years) that something can always be done to smooth out the situation with the client. Again, no one even actually bothered to inform, for example, the restaurant that there would be a birthday girl (quote: If they don't know, you tell them). Aquazone. It is clear that everything is not very new anymore… But also on what we have, thank you. The guns in the pool are beating all the time, no one turns them off, so it's impossible to swim in the pool – you're just thrown by the current. Thanks to the guys in the restaurant kitchen. The taste of each dish brightened up the situation with accommodation, aquazone and communication with the administration every time. It is possible to come for a walk and eat, but definitely not to stay for the night again.

In the morning, from the east side, even with the curtains closed, it becomes very bright with the first rays of the sun. And the doors should be put in normal ones. What is standing is not protected from noise or light from the corridor. You can hear everything that happens in the house. Every time the doors open, the door to the room starts knocking. And if you are unlucky, and children without parents are raging in the next room until one o'clock in the morning, then you will not have to sleep. And if someone just comes back to the room on the floor at night, it will most likely wake you up. On the third floor in the room, you can clearly hear that people entered the house below. If a separate house, an aquazone is just for you, then good.

At the reception, they offered to pay 8.4 rubles for a broken glass. They paid. But this is not a customer-oriented solution at all, given the cost of accommodation services. 1. He was the head of a large restaurant in Minsk for a long time, today there are several small catering facilities left. Imagine how many dishes are breaking during New Year's corporate parties or wedding banquets. Neither my colleagues nor I have ever accepted payment for broken dishes. A fee was charged for a fight only in case of unlawful or intentional harm. 2. According to the rules of accommodation in Isloch Park, the damage is compensated according to the price list. I did not find the price list either in the issue or on your website, i.e. in the public domain. 3. Well, the most terrible thing, of course, is the cost of a glass. With what rate of profitability is it determined? Such a glass in any ferret today is no more than 1-1.5 rubles. In retail - 2-2.5 rubles. Why is that? It's not about money, but about the attitude towards the client. 4. We travel a lot and often. The last time I came across an offer to pay for a broken glass according to the price list was around 1997 in a hotel in a small town. In this case, the phrase "We always take care of our guests and try to make your stay at Isloch Park as comfortable and unforgettable as possible!" looks a little cynical. Everything else (accommodation, service and spa) was as always at a high level. But now we're unlikely to come back.
