let's start with the atmosphere, in general, a lot of Georgian attributes are stuffed, but everything seems absurd, there is even a "pond" in the lower part where there are restrooms, but there is zero comfort in the institution, 3-4 very young waiters met us at the entrance, friendly, but as if they did not know what to do, one young man accepted the order, they brought different dishes, the guys are very young and huddle at the counter at the entrance, I think it's inexperience and that no one taught, this institution, as I understand it, is open under a franchise, in this price segment they do not reach for food, khinkali on solid 4, delicious vegetable salad, but tomatoes are cheap, replace with pink tomatoes and there will be a fire, a huge disappointment is fried suluguni, which simply cannot be cut like a sole, cheap cheese is not suitable for this dish, and tomatoes with an uncut core on the sides, as a result, the dish was abandoned. I advise the owner to work with the staff and the quality of the products.

I had to wait, as if I was straining with the dishes. The food is quite good, I liked it, except for two things (hair in the food), I found hair in two different dishes, I hope it was just me, I didn't discuss it with the guests, I didn't want to spoil the evening. The waiters are all young, as if there are not even enough of them for the whole room or they are not very experienced, they get tired quickly and are not very attentive to the guests. The curly-haired boy tried to do something else, the girl was just completely unpleasant, as if she had been forced to come there to work. At the end of the evening, they brought the bill without a discount, I reminded them, they brought it with a discount, but as if I hadn't noticed.... I didn't remember the first total score. Today I took khinkali takeaway at the restaurant on Independence, 58, and this is a specialty dish, in relation to which Khinkalni simply has no right to make mistakes, to put it mildly, it failed. Firstly, it took the kitchen half an hour to handle my order for three whole Khinkali. Although, it is quite possible that the kitchen shared my waiting time with the waiter, because (secondly) the khinkali turned out to be completely cold. Thirdly, instead of the ordered 2 pieces with cheese and 1 with mushrooms, I got 2 with mushrooms and 1 with cheese. At the same time, there is not even a discount on takeaway orders, as in other restaurants of the chain. Although the discount would still not justify such a disregard for the guest. Disappointed.
