On the positive side: the operator girl contacted literally within 2 minutes, explained everything, confirmed the order. I have a dislocated shoulder, I am in a cast, I drive a car with 1 arm. therefore, I clarified whether the goods would be loaded into the car, they confirmed to me (in principle, absolutely in any store, from the online OMA and MILE to the construction bases of the Samstroy plan in Samokhvalovichi, this question can not be asked - they will always offer and load themselves). On the website of Mammoth.The following information is provided: "Download without hassle!When making a purchase at the pick-up point, you can be sure that bulky goods will always be loaded into your car by warehouse workers, and you do not need to ask them about this.
And if you have special requests for downloading (for example: what and where to put it), you can feel free to ask for it. If there is no queue, the movers will try to help you."
In fact, everything turned out to be wrong. As soon as the bill was paid and the money was put in the safe, questions began: At the warehouse they immediately said that they would not ship anything, because they, the warehouse workers, were FORBIDDEN to SHIP!!! I went to check on the "statement" where the money was given. They couldn't come to an agreement with the warehouse. This was followed by a call to the head named Konstantin. And here the attitude towards the client manifested itself in full glory, since the operator's phone at the check-out turned out to be loud, and the head Konstantin Nikitin was very talkative and with a loud voice. As a result of this conversation, I managed to find out that I, the client, was COMPLETELY FUCKED UP, that how was I given a license at all, since I drive with 1 hand and I myself cannot load 2.5 tons into the car. To my remark that free loading is included in the price of goods (which are far from the cheapest in the city), I was offered to read the offer agreement on the website, which, however, did not have any contradictions with what I was trying to convey. As a result, Konstantin ended his monologue in a boorish form with the words "maybe he should also plaster the wall, since he is one-armed ..." Curtain, guys!
Yes, I understand that Konstantin was sure that I couldn't hear him, BUT HOW can you let your subordinates even admit the idea that the client should be treated like garbage!!!
As a result of the controversy and the fact that Konstantin managed to throw dirt on a customer who left 889.15 rubles with 1 order in his store, he agreed to give a command to the warehouse to help with loading.
Another good thing is that the warehouse workers turned out to be good guys, they helped with loading by machine, on a pallet (probably it was the head of the warehouse, I'm not sure, but a very pleasant friend). After the order was loaded, presumably the head of the warehouse asked not to be offended that the solution of the issue took such a long time and said several phrases on duty: "we will be glad to see you again, contact us again." And this is the only thing that smoothed the situation from an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT visit to the Mamont pickup warehouse.by on S. Kovalevskaya street.
Bottom line: Guys, I would highly recommend that you purchase goods in this online store, where customers are treated like garbage (honestly, I even embellished the situation a little), and this happens with the knowledge of the head and himself - "one-armed, oborzevshiy" and a few more unpleasant epithets addressed to the client, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER, WHEN TALKING TO AN EMPLOYEE OF THE STORE! Just think about it! However, there are shops in the city with lower price tags and obviously with a higher level of service, where you will not be spat at in the presence of store employees for the "hard money" you spent. Konstantin fancied himself a "king" who has the right to insult people without good reason in his own store for ABSOLUTELY no reason. And absolutely, if I had a phone with me, and did not stay in the car (still "one-armed" according to Konstantin, and how I was given a license in general), my next step would be to go to court according to Articles 369, 391 and 444 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Insulting personality).
P.S. Konstantin, if you read this review and decide to apologize anyway, the store staff probably still have my phone.
