A week ago, my sister, who lives abroad, came to Minsk. A 4-star Victoria hotel was booked for the stop, the rooms are comfortable, the view of the avenue in the evening is simply fascinating, near a large shopping center with various shops and restaurants. Two stars, this is the maximum rating of this hotel, which four stars can we talk about. Suite room, three towels for three, two for the face and two shared, one toothbrush 😁 The room is cold ( the windows are blown, the air conditioner regulates only the fan power, the temperature cannot be adjusted, you can turn it off ) and smells of smoking, because someone was constantly smoking in the hallway. The staff is unfriendly, did not explain anything about parking (where you can park your car in a covered parking lot, check-in and check-out rules), or about breakfast (where to go). They settled with the child on the floor, where apparently everyone smokes in the hall, which was not even ventilated. There is no refrigerator in the room, one lamp did not work, the wires were torn, two bottles of water for three people at the entrance. There is such dirt near the windows, as if they had never been wiped there, they just closed the curtains.

Parking is convenient, next to the hotel, in a multi-level parking lot.
I parked the car at 23 o'clock, there was no one on it (I mean security). I didn 't see anyone during the day either .
Everything in the hotel is not bad, but I think it is very expensive.
For two days for a double room 18,000 Russian rubles.
For this money, they saw much cooler and more comfortable.
I probably recommend it.

There is an unpleasant smell in the corridors. The elevator was scratched by vandals. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and the first time everything was fine. The second time will be 100% the last. It started with the fact that the hotel I booked was closed. I stood at the reception for a long time until I went to look for someone in the hotel myself, to which the girl said to me, "I'm very sorry, go to another hotel, there is a spa not far away!" Only it's "not far" with bags and tired of walking in the cold is not very pleasant, I lost a lot of time and froze. If the hotel is not working, you can immediately exclude it from the search engine, close the site, or do something so that people know that they need to go to another address. I wrote on Whatsapp, but they answered me 2 days later when I was at the hotel. You could have immediately written to the post office or whatsapp to go to another address. And they told me so at the spa, as if I hadn't seen pools with warm water and saunas. Running around with bags in the cold is a problem. At the second hotel, the girl did not even apologize. And in general, everyone has such gloomy, dissatisfied faces, it's scary to approach, as if I came to their house. If you don't like the job so much (and this is visible on most people's faces), you can change it, this is my opinion. Then the fire alarm went off, the lights went off everywhere. It wasn't 8 a.m. yet and it was very scary. There are no reflective arrows, you don't know where to run, the evacuation plan is one on the floor, very unclear, the doors to the stairs are one of them, they were closed. Me and another girl barely found a way out, half-naked ran out into the street, as ordered through the loudspeaker. As a result, when they saw us in this form at the reception, they just laughed and said that the alarm was false! We didn't know what had happened, and at least human understanding, and no one deigned to say "don't worry, you're safe" except for smirks. Except for the cleaning lady, no one greets at all, even when I greet them first. Next, I took food from their restaurant to the room, asked for a fork, they refused me, and I had to swear almost in blood that I would return it! But I took a fork from their restaurant and into their room, but how to eat?? I returned it this morning. The next morning started even worse, I was shamed for the whole restaurant, like a schoolgirl, that I did not pay for breakfast, they just took a piece from my mouth and shamed me in front of people! I went to the reception, it turns out that they overlooked something there. I have everything paid for and I can go back to the restaurant. NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZED!!!! Everything is self-evident. The plates in the restaurant are dirty. I came to Minsk for surgery, for treatment, and I don't need such runs and stresses at all. I specially chose a hotel to relax in safety. There are more staff than guests, but they can't do their job. As a result, the mood is spoiled for 2 days, after such "cute" breakfasts you don't want anything anymore. By the way, there was no function on the site to immediately pay for breakfast, I wanted to do it right away, but I had to pay upon check-in, and then they also ridiculed that I was going to eat for free when everything was paid IMMEDIATELY UPON CHECK-in. The TV is not working, the shower is not working well, the room is very stuffy. I almost never write reviews, but this morning was the climax. Let's see what "surprises" will happen next. Why write in Yandex, then the cost of rooms is 130 and photos. Our room didn't look like a presidential suite. A small room. There are no brushes, no pasta, no plates, no robes. The shower from the bathtub switches very tight. I just cried half the night. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the hotel from Nemiga. For the same money, you can rent in the center and with Breakfast!!!! I'm not coming back anymore

There are no refrigerators in the rooms! You can leave groceries with the maids until 8 p.m. But when booking, the refrigerator was declared. Questions at the reception are answered with a shrug.
There is no service at a very low level. They asked for the required bathrobes, as well as to clean the sink drain, even after being reminded there was no movement towards solving problems.
There is also no cleaning in the room (no one even tried to wash the long-suffering sink, the bed was not changed).
The breakfasts are average, you can eat, but the queue to the coffee machine sometimes makes you stand for 10 minutes.
In general, of course, you can live, but without pleasure.

If you have any respect for yourself, NEVER stay at this hotel. I lived there from 07/14/2016. So, they gave me a card that did not open the door, I had to contact the administrator 2 times, someone else's hair was on the bathroom floor, the blanket was all stained yellow, it WAS SCARY to live in such UNSANITARY CONDITIONS!!!!The number was changed. Basically, everything is the same: the hair is in the bathroom, the air conditioner was not working. On the second day, the room WAS NOT CLEANED, the bed WAS NOT CHANGED!!! The breakfasts are so-so. THE HORROR! clearly not 4 stars, barely up to 2.

We decided to experiment with our spouse and instead of our favorite three-star hotel on Prytytsky, visit Victoria on Winners, which boasts 4 stars. The experiment failed. The only fat plus of "Victoria" is the girls at the reception, who tried to help in everything.
So we had the number 409. We checked into it in the evening. He met us in semi-darkness. The ceiling light was only in the hallway. The room itself was illuminated by a pair of dim table lamps and a floor lamp. With all the desire, it will not be possible to work in this light. The bathroom, which had not been repaired for a long time, was in full bloom with black mold and lime plaque. The tiny watering can of a cheap shower faucet was painfully sprayed when trying to take a shower. Chaotically directed jets flew past the glass partition, and after 5 minutes of taking a shower, at the same time, the toilet next to it was washed with half the floor in addition. Towels were spared. There was simply no normal large towel to wrap around. There was some kind of medium-sized, which can only be wrapped around the head. The hand towel turned out to have a hole, as well as one of the pillowcases, which was torn right at the seam. At the reception we were given two dressing gowns, one of which was gray, like the Minsk sky in January. The pillows are disgusting, I barely fell asleep. Then my neck hurt. The prehistoric Horizon TV with a clock has become the cherry on this cake! You haven't seen such a technique for a long time, I'm sure) And yes. There are no normal channels there. Of the musical ones, the unfortunate TNT music. The day after arrival, the ceiling light started flashing. "And you don't have to go to the club," I thought. To be fair, the light bulb in it was quickly changed.
As a gift, they gave a certificate for a one-time visit to the SPA.
Hammam and steam room of microscopic size. We got into the first one, but it didn't work out in the second one. There was also one swimming pool and two Jacuzzis. That's it! You need to take a towel with you from the room. People come to the SPA from the street, so there is always someone there. The rules are broken, even though they are pasted everywhere. Next door to us, some guys were eating ice cream from cremans in the Jacuzzi, and then dived into the pool, dousing everyone around with water. Some particularly gifted people walk into the locker room right in street shoes, even in shoe covers, dragging the street dirt right to the booths, which is why they can't stand on the floor with their bare feet and have to lay the very towel that no one will change after the spa, because there are no maids. They can bring fresh ones in the morning on request)
This is how the rest turned out. Don't set foot in this shabby hotel anymore!

For those who arrived late, there is no food to be found - nothing works. On request, at the reception!!!! they give out slippers, dental kits, and bathrobes, you have to wait for the morning when the cleaner comes and opens the room and gives it out!! the food is not interesting, cold, although the coffee and cottage cheese are great! There is no currency exchange, you have to go to the city, the staff is completely not customer-oriented. You need to turn on the lights on the floors yourself!!!!! The room was nice - clean, cozy, everything works. A separate guard of the spa (( the masseur comes from home only on the call of the manager, when it is convenient for him, and not during the opening hours of the spa. And you can't call it a massage, but it's quite expensive. We will not stay at this hotel a second time.

In general, it's fine , but no more.
