The hotel is a three-star hotel, but on New Year's holidays on January 2-3, the price of $ 110 per day was more acceptable for the other 4 stars.
1. The bed/pillows are terrible. How can I save money on this at the hotel?
2. The room was not cleaned and I was left without water and clean towels.
3. The room is empty, tea/cups/minibar is not about here.
4. The staff is comatose, the facial expression is completely absent, there is not even a desire to ask something.
5. The rooms are large enough, the place is good, the bar has good enough coffee, I won't say anything about breakfast.
You can only stay if there is a significant difference with the prices of other hotels. So it's better to pay a little more, but at least get some sleep.

The hotel is well located, near a park, there are shops. The center is 7 minutes away by taxi.
Among the advantages - parking, there is a spa and a restaurant (I did not use it), normal breakfasts, a view of the park from the window, good rooms.
One of the disadvantages is VERY POOR CLEANING (yes, just that much). The maid only made the bed and hung up the towels. The glasses were dirty, the garbage was not cleaned, the floor was not vacuumed at all (a black cord from the phone fell on the floor, and lay untouched all day). There were no cups or appliances in the room. Just paper cups in the closet.
Note to allergy sufferers: hotel laundry detergent causes allergies. We were sprinkled on the first night from contact with pillows.
Honestly, it doesn't pull at 4 stars at all.

We had a rest with three families at the hotel for the November holidays. The hotel is flawed, tired, we do not recommend it, service is at zero, customer orientation is at zero. The room cleaning is disgusting. Of the advantages, only the breakfast is not bad, for this and one star. On weekends, the pool is sold out, not to push, first of all, you need to take a towel from the room after the pool, they do not change them, the locker rooms are small, the electronic locks in the lockers jam and do not work. The rooms are cold, the 2nd blanket is not given, they refer to their absence. The beds are creaky. The sound insulation is lame, the audibility between the rooms is excellent.
Conclusion: choose another hotel.

A good hotel has polite staff, but there are no refrigerators in the rooms, air conditioners do not work in all rooms. On a solid three , that's what you need. It does not reach four stars. I clean the rooms only in visible places (it's better not to look under the bed..)

The restaurant has an extremely limited menu, unfortunately there is almost no food for a small child. The breakfast buffet is average, there is a choice, but it's the same every day, so if you stay for a long time, then expect to eat monotonously. The rooms are clean, the beds, however, if they are separate, then they are straight separate beds, they are bolted to the wall and they cannot be moved, they barely fit a cot next to it. But the staff of the clearing and reception are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the service, it is quite possible to come to relax. The aqua zone in the spa is not bad, I really liked to bask in a hot Jacuzzi after a cool pool, I don't really like saunas, I looked into the hammam once, it's nice, but it's a little cramped, they also say places run out quickly and a lot of people are crammed. Although I can't say that there were a lot of people when we arrived. In general, I recommend you to visit.

Well, like 4 stars, as many as three buildings and one huge Parking lot. It would seem that what more could you want? No, everything in the hotel is fine, clean, the breakfasts are dense, they clean well, but there are a few disadvantages.
1- parking is just a fairy tale. I drive in, I try to park - there is no way, the guard is alone and today he is off, the guard recommends parking somewhere near the hotel. The next day, the valet was there, parked. I'm asking, aren't you having a weekend? Pick up the car at any time? Yes, of course I'm here. OK. The next morning I leave and run into a closed barrier. Again there is no valet, I call security again, explain that I need to pick up the car for a reason and if there is no valet, then someone has to let me out. In general, the guard had to come and open it.
2- I took a shower with shampoo that is in the bathroom. My eyes are all red, I don't know what they pour into these shampoos, but I didn't try to use them anymore
3- TV is also a separate song. The first two channels are Belarusian sports, followed by English, French, German, and even Aljazira... And only on Channel 20 is the only Russian channel - TNT Comedy Club.. It's just trash!!!

I want to leave a review about the Victoria Hotel, where I stayed from 09.12.2022 to 11.12.2022.
When choosing a hotel, it was important for me to have a stylish modern design in light or gray shades. Indeed, it is pleasant to return to a comfortable room for a decent rest. The hotel has exceeded my excuses! The location is very convenient, next to the bus stop Komsomolskoye lake. And, in principle, it is very comfortable to get to all the sights by taxi.
The girls at the reception are very friendly, they settled in very quickly and were assistants in solving my questions. Many thanks to Elizabeth, the highest level of service.
There is also a spa complex near the hotel in the next building, where you can relax, visit the sauna, hammam and relax in the pool). You can also book a massage.
I did not use the services of the restaurant (as there was a late check-in and a very early check-out).
In terms of logistics, there is a Gallery shopping center nearby (a couple of stops), where you can walk, taste national food at the Cornflower restaurant, buy cheeses, sausages and sweets at the Hypermarket.

There is no change of bed linen after a full four days of stay! There is also no refrigerator in the room, and we are not even talking about products, but there are some medicines that require storage in the refrigerator. In addition, the breakfasts are slightly warm at best, but today on 09/26/2024 the porridge had a surprisingly sour taste!! This fact is noted by all tourists from the group!!
As a result, the hotel, positioning itself as a 4*, draws a maximum of 3 at the very least.

We rested for 4 days, the hotel is very conveniently located, close to the center, shopping malls, shops, scooter parking lots. The service is wonderful, we settled in quickly and without problems. The room had everything you need, bathrobes and slippers were provided on request. Minus the fact that the mini-bar and air conditioning did not work. It was hot outside and the room was stuffy. In general, the hotel is very clean, tidy, the room was cleaned every day. The impressions were good, thank you!!

It is not the first time in Minsk, and it is not the first time that I have noticed some "coldness" of the staff in hotels. Externally, it looks like some tension in the relationship with the Client. The girls at the reception are surprised, literally with a change in their face (not at all a friendly smile), when they are wished a good evening, upon returning to the hotel;
when cheesecakes are praised, the cat. served for breakfast, etc.
And it is unclear whether they do not know the rules of hotel hospitality in principle, or maybe they do not particularly notice Russians.
With relatively low occupancy of the rooms, and our advance booking, we were accommodated in the most unsuitable room for a relaxing holiday in a business trip: the windows looked directly onto the roof with the exit of a centralized ventilation system. The hum was unbearable until late in the evening. I believe that such numbers should be used in the most urgent case, when there are no other numbers at all and the Client has been warned about such oppressive noise for almost 24 hours.
The rooms are standard, without slippers, even a hint of tea and coffee (only a tiny teapot for one mug) with a single shower filling (without refilling on the trail. two days of business trip).
In short, the four stars are greatly exaggerated.

To begin with, Victoria hotels have several websites and it is very difficult to book the right one. We wanted to go to Victoria Spa and when we checked in, they hurried us to pay for the room and when we saw the room, we realized that this was not what we needed at all. They asked to move to another building-Victoria Spa, but they said it was no longer possible.
There was a very strong smell of some tobacco on our floor, the situation was the same in the room, we had to move to another one. The situation was no better in this room. The door handle was falling off, the room was poorly cleaned, some nuts, napkins, etc. were found under the bed.
Also, the WATER PRESSURE was VERY BAD, the trickle of water was so small that it was not enough for anything. One day there was no water at all, and in the evening there was brown water with sand.
The mattresses and bed linen were very dirty, there were stains, some stains. It was very unpleasant to sleep on this. Also, the towels were covered in drops of blood and some dirt.
At the reception one day there was a girl who did not even want to give water, saying that the ox is given only during cleaning, but the next day, another girl calmly gave us the right amount of water.
In general, next time we will settle only in Victoria spa, because I really don't want to live in this hotel.
There were also problems with the light, the light bulbs and the light in the toilet went out.

The only plus of the hotel is a beautiful park opposite. This is where the advantages end.
In short:
- the rooms are untidy and dirty
- uncomfortable pillows
- lack of adequate rumservice
- there is no refrigerator in the room, no cups and tea
- when contacting the reception with any problem, the staff does not help to solve it, but shows with all its appearance that this is your problem
- tasteless breakfast - this hotel is the only place in Minsk where I ate tasteless food.
In general, I highly recommend choosing another place to stay in this wonderful city, so as not to spoil the impression of it. A hotel with a big stretch can be a triple, but definitely not 4 stars.

I think I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. There are no 4 stars here, there are two. This is a stretch.

I stayed in a double room on August 25-26, 2022 - I really liked everything.Perfect cleanliness,spacious room, a baby cot was rolled in without any problems.They gave a certificate for visiting the pool and baths - the pool water is cool (in my opinion) for a child and comfortable for an adult, two Jacuzzis, a hammam and a Russian bathhouse-everything was very pleasant.Cozy and comfortable. There are also a couple of simulators.
Friendly staff.
Across the street from the hotel is a nice and large Victory Park, a great place for family walks both on foot and on the water - bike rental, all kinds of electric vehicles, boats, catamarans, steamboat, etc.There are beaches.
The geographical center of Minsk is a little away, but since I stopped by car myself (free parking right at the entrance), it was not important.
I really liked it, I recommend you to visit.
