Nice new hotel in the center of Grodno. The rooms are clean, the furniture, linen and towels are new, the bed and mattress are comfortable.
The only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own parking, only the city parking in front of the hotel, but it is quite busy, it can be problematic to find a place.

I am delighted with the hotel! The concept itself is very unusual, there is no administrator, everything is on electronic keys. Absolute cleanliness, pleasant modern design. The location is in the city center, there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The historical part is all in the palm of your hand.I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful new hotel in the very center of Grodno. The room is designed with talent, comfortable, lots of sockets and lamps. A well-equipped kitchen. Among the disadvantages: no explanations on parking, although it is not difficult, the absence of a couple of bottles of drinking water in the room upon check—in (despite the fact that there are even capsules for Nespresso!), and most importantly, it is impossible to curtain the windows in the room, so in summer, when it is already light at 5 a.m., it is difficult to sleep. At least they put eye masks on. It needs to be finalized, and there will be 5 stars. The air conditioning is good. It's a little expensive.

I liked everything. A large company was clearly and quickly expanded (there were 9 of us). The hotel is clean, the bed linen and towels are fresh and new, the location is the very center, very comfortable. Its own parking with electric charging for milking cars is a huge plus. I liked that it is not tedious to dock with the owner, absolutely contactless check-in.

I really liked the gift! We took number 14, corner. Nice design. A comfortable chair. There is a TV with YouTube, tea, coffee, kettle. For those who complain that there is no drinking water anywhere: they found a sign on the shelf that there are filters and drinking water from the tap, and 2 glasses at the sink. Underwear and blankets are very pleasant to the body, the pillow is comfortable. but I liked the mattress, but it didn't fit my husband. The disadvantages are not significant: there is not enough small shampoo, hair balm, and most importantly toothpaste. The first floor, maybe in the summer when the windows are open it's not very, but in November it's all the same. One hundred percent would have stopped again, I didn't even want to leave)

The location is in a convenient historical location, but a quiet and peaceful corner.

Great comfortable room 👍Everything is clean and well maintained. There is air conditioning, 5 minutes walk to the main street. The only drawback is there is no elevator, so if you have small children, it is better to take a room on the ground floor. Parking is available, shared. We had no problems parking the car.

Nearby Cafe PABLO is great for breakfast and dinner. I recommend it!!!
Electronic registration and keyless access to the doors impressed me. This saves time and eliminates communication with the receptionist. A great room with a kitchenette and a small bar fridge that will easily fit your snacks (and even a dozen eggs)
Very comfortable mattresses (but the pillows leave much to be desired)
The room is clean , freshly renovated (odorless)
Towels are changed without problems every day , but cleaning does not happen (there was small debris on the floor. It was possible to vacuum!)
There are no problems with parking in general.( If with your head )
It 's a little noisy at night, which made you have to sleep with kondei . (Good conday !)

An excellent hotel in the very center of Grodno. It is located a hundred meters from the beginning of the central pedestrian street. All the main attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms are very comfortable. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are a large number of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The only small nuance is that there is no dedicated parking, but there is a city nearby.

A modern and stylish hotel. The location is very convenient. We lived in room 14. It is angular and located on the 1st floor, because of this, it is impossible to sleep with the windows open - it is noisy. The air conditioner saves you. The room is clean, new, but not without flaws. There is no closet, instead there are hooks and hangers. And where should I put things that cannot be hung on hooks (underwear, woolen things, etc.)?.. On the table, on the floor? There are no shelves... There is a similar story in the shower: some kind of bottle is hanging, what is it? Shower gel, shampoo?.. I had my own funds with me, where should I put them? Only on the floor. The price for the room is not small, but there are no dental supplies, no shower cap, no sewing kit (and this time we would need it!..). There is not enough drinking water: there is no cooler in the hallway, no bottles in the room. There is only a kettle. In general, the room needs to be improved, but for one or two nights for travelers with a minimum of things it will do)

A magnificent apartment hotel with excellent, stylish and really expensive renovation. The location is not better to find, everything is within walking distance, in the heart of the city. Check-in and check-out via phone, no waiting and delays, no dependence on other people. The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: dishes, slippers, bed linen, workplace, hygiene kit. Everything is clean, the sheets and towels are snow-white. As if no one had lived there before us, although this is obviously not the case, since our floor was fully booked. Parking is quite large for the city center nearby. The bed is large and comfortable, no one complained about the backs in the morning. I highly recommend staying here for any length of time!

Good day everyone! Excellent apartment hotel. Everything is new, modern, completely freaky location, modern self-checkout, cozy rooms, comfortable mattress.
But I put one star in advance - the room has a kitchenette, dishes, kettle and so on, but gentlemen, leave a couple of 0.5 cups of water and a couple of tea/coffee/sugar bags for the guests. Let the cost rise by 5-10 rubles, I don't think it will become critical for anyone, but from such trifles, after all, the general impression is formed, right?
For car owners, I draw your attention - as you might think, the hotel does not have its own parking - the city is free opposite. There were no problems with places when I arrived. Everything is OK with security too, you are in a normal country, if anyone is worried :)

Caution: there are bed bugs in the hotel.
BED BUGS, in case someone doesn't read it and gets caught the same way. We found a lot of bites on ourselves in the morning, blood on the sheets and the insects themselves in the drawers of the bed.
When they discovered this, they wanted to check out and return the funds, they contacted the hotel. They told me to wait without comment. A few hours later, the "manager" appeared in the room, who began the conversation from the threshold, without saying hello, with "well, what's the matter", although the situation was described in detail in the message and a photo was attached.
After that, he blamed us in a rude tone that we had brought the bugs ourselves and began to set conditions on which he would allow us to move out. After an hour of trying to convince him that bedbugs in the hotel room were clearly not a reason to run over us and threaten to contact the sanpin, he agreed with difficulty to return the money only for the remaining days, and after another hour with difficulty, covering us with swearing, tried to make a transfer. Throughout all the "negotiations" he was rude and rude without stopping, never even trying to apologize for the situation, and generally behaved as if everything that happened was our fault in front of him.
But most importantly, he clearly didn't give a damn about the fact of bedbugs. I am sure that the very next day, without understanding, other people will be settled there.

At first, self-settlement was a bit confusing, but in the end it turned out to be very convenient! The only thing I would like to understand immediately when booking or on the website about the lack of reception. (But maybe I just didn't see the information)
The hotel is super clean and it's like we're the first guests. Comfortable beds, even though the room had two separate beds. They clean every day and very tactfully - they never caught the staff.
