A super hotel! Contactless check-in and online communication with the owner. Interesting and modern! The room is clean with all amenities, furniture and dishes. You can even cook food on a burner. Location in the very center. In general, we were satisfied. We had a rest with a child. Thanks!

When we entered the room, we saw a magnificent interior. A mixture of neoclassical and loft, with Baroque elements. Room 22 is presented in warm colors (if I'm not mistaken, shades of terracotta).
There is a small kitchen with a set of dishes (we had enough for two to cook breakfast), a small refrigerator, a TV.
The headboard on one side is equipped with a countertop that can be used for eating, working on a laptop or whatever your heart desires. There are sockets on the side of the headboard (both standard and with a USB connector (on one side)).
The bed is located in front of the window. The view from it, of course, is not distinguished by delights, but there are plenty of beautiful views in the city! By the way, the hotel is located in the center of the city, which makes it much easier to get to the sights.
The window can be closed with a translucent Roman curtain or even a blackout curtain (which protected my sleep these nights). Also, good sound insulation protected my sleep.
I would like to draw attention to the various light sources in the room: spots and a chandelier on the ceiling, a mini-light above the kitchen set, built-in individual lamps (spot and diffused) at the head of the bed, spots in the hallway and toilet. In the hallway there is a small open clothes rack, in the room there are shelves and a safe.
The bathroom is loft-style, dark in color, with a rain shower and a large sink. Personally, I also really liked the faucets 😁
If we talk about what I would improve.
1. Crazy. Soft. Mattress. Of course, it is not suitable for my sore back. But it's also a matter of convenience, someone on the contrary, only likes a soft mattress.
2. A hood that turns on with the light in the bathroom. At night, either get up to the toilet with a flashlight on your phone, or wake up a person sleeping in the room.
The hood is quite loud (but it copes with its task with a bang).
I would also like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel. I needed an iron - "everything will be fine now", the neighbors began to make noise in the middle of the night - "we'll fix everything now."
Customer orientation is the highest score!
I would choose this hotel again - yes! I would recommend it to my friends - yes, too!

Everything is super, very stylish and modern. But if you check in at 14:00, then you can't even go to the hotel itself earlier.
You will be sent the code by which you enter, there is no reception here. We arrived after a long trip and waited 8 minutes at exactly 14:00 to enter, because the number does not work ahead of time

A great hotel! Super modern, clean, comfortable, room design and view from the windows - fire! Settling in without contact with people is generally ideal during the crown.
There is a kitchenette, all necessary utensils, cups and glasses, tea, coffee, sugar. There are towels, shower gel and shampoo in the shower.
I recommend it to anyone who likes to live in comfort and beauty ☺️

I don't have the habit of writing reviews. But I want to write to such a place.
By points:
1. LOCATION - there is nothing much to say, the city center, everything is within walking distance. You can walk from the railway station. 5/5
2. THE HOTEL BUILDING - and without my comments, you can see that it is incredibly stylish. The restored Stalinka with modern elements of modernism (ADDED IN MODERATION) looks amazing. However, the landing in the afternoon is under the sun and at 30 degrees it can be used instead of a hammam, but is this a minus)? 5/5
3. THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING - the management found an excellent designer who did his best. Stairs, corridors, doors are very beautiful. I especially want to mention the granite slab with the logo on the stairs-you see it and the eye is happy and everything else too;)) 6/5
4. ROOM - the most important thing in the end) A magic room in a sustained loft style, looks more interesting and stylish than rooms in other hotels (of course personal preferences affect here). I am very glad that there is a small kitchen, which makes it possible to cook a lot (of course there is no oven, but what you wanted is a hotel). The kitchen has all the necessary supplies, let's call them that, from all utensils, appliances and dishes to salt/sugar, pepper and tea/coffee. Among the disadvantages: water - I will not say that it is some kind of bad (I drank it periodically, like horns did not grow), but it just does not wash off soap, shampoo, etc. Well, as it does not wash off, it washes off, but the hands remain very slippery, the wind is a towel and as if there was no slipperiness-the hands are clean. Not a global minus, but it was unusual. WiFi is also available, since I have been using the mobile Internet since Minsk, I did not need Internet access on my laptop, so it is also fine. However, the girl needed the Internet on her laptop for work, so she had to distribute it from her phone. We watched YouTube on TV, so it's generally OK. 4.5/5
To sum up, the place is great. If you think about this hotel, it's definitely worth it. I will definitely come again))

A very interesting concept. Without staff. When we booked and paid, it was unclear and scary, how is this possible? It turned out to be simple. We received the code and used it to enter the hotel
No reception, no keys. The main thing is not to forget the code when you go out.
The hotel itself is stylish, the room design is interesting. It is clear that the owner did everything with love and knowledge. The zoning and lighting have been thought out. Materials, furniture, accessories are of high quality, not cheap.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the very center, near a pedestrian street, many cafes and restaurants. The main attractions are within walking distance.
One wish to the owner, add a mat (or a special towel) for the feet in the shower. I didn't raise my hand to throw a snow-white fluffy towel on the floor.
In general, the hotel deserves the highest rating!

Of the cons: 1. big problems with parking during the day (the hotel has two empty parking spaces only for Porsche electric cars (I wonder if there are many of them)); 2. constantly flies off and re-requires a wi-fi password; 3. professional TV in the room, showing only Youtube, could not make friends with him during the entire stay

The hotel is modern, cool! BUT keep in mind that there is no reception and there is nowhere to leave things, either before or after arrival.
The door with a digital combination lock to the building itself did not open to us before 14 o'clock, and we walked around the city with suitcases until we checked in.

An unusual hotel: check-in and check-out online. They send a code to the entrance, it must be entered at all entrances. Everything is new inside, the mattresses are comfortable.
