I stop for the second time, everything is fine. Here is the most beautiful spa of all the Minsk fives where I have been and an excellent gym, which, combined with the price, makes the choice of this particular hotel obvious. Of the disadvantages, I see only one - a small restaurant at breakfast is crowded and you need to look for a free table, but the food is definitely 5+. I will definitely come again!

The hotel is close to the center and the train station, the hotel is clean, well-groomed, hi-tech, so to speak, everything is in the rooms and safe and water, tea, coffee, hair dryer by the way is very good - pros, elevators, I liked everything - especially the beds - it's just a pleasure - I don't want to get up and leave the room (for me a good bed one of the most in the hotel, you mostly walk around and sleep in the hotel) here the beds 10 out of 5 are just paradise👍👍👍 the bathroom with shower is also super, all the accessories, those that are not there or have run out - at any moment a call to the reception and everyone will bring at least a dental kit, bathrobes, or ear sticks with with a stick - in general, everything is just super, they are polite, from small complaints (from Fri to autopsy everything was normal in the autopsy in the evening, the Wi-Fi became sad and stopped loading (not current with me) tik tok, YouTube, etc., before that everything was super, the restaurant price tag I think is very inflated at the rate it turns out just Caesar ordinary 600-700 rubles grew - well, figs knows - there was maybe a special menu, but for just Caesar - not ready, then we were in the spa, pool, etc. everything is super, but on 10 floors only 25 sunbeds and those (without claims, they are made for convenience with soft places) but not all go to bed with towels and bathrobes and if you find a place, then it's mega wet - there is no desire to go there (there was no goal for the spa to have your own at home) but if there was no home, you were probably disappointed by the lack of places and terribly wet from strangers with sun beds (it may be better to consider the hotel or waterproof places or remove comfortable soft foam mats - and then the convenience is current for the first decent one). In general, the hotel itself is very good, the attitude, amenities, service and once again the cots (we took separate beds with our daughter, each bed is not a 1-bed in fact, but a one-and-a-half-bed is a comfortable horror) I am ready to put up with any inconveniences and jambs, I would like to sleep well!!!
For the beds I want to thank the hotel separately - this really a place where it's great to sleep and enjoy your vacation, thank you!!!! My personal Delight!!

Dilapidated repair, everything is already very worn out (room stock). The hotel does not meet the stated level: we were settled for two periods with a break (this was the route through Belarus), so I can double rate this hotel.
The spa is untidy, everything cannot be called new, the water in the pool is muddy. The rooms were poorly cleaned: traces of dirt were left, for example, in the bathroom when checking in. We chose the hotel precisely because of the spa, but it is absolutely not worth making a choice based on the characteristics of the "spa".
There is also a disgusting kitchen in the room service: both in terms of the quality of the dishes and non-compliance with the stated waiting time.
It also catches Wi-Fi poorly on all devices.
The hotel needs renovation!
In addition, upon check-in (earlier in the morning), girls with low social responsibility were seen at the reception desk passing by to leave the hotel…
Of the advantages, I can only mention a good breakfast and massage.
Utter disappointment.

Pleasant hotel, clean, fresh, mattresses of moderate hardness, sleep 10/10
The thermostat had a temperature limit, I think I like to wash in boiling water, I was cool. But the bathroom facilities are excellent, and the pool and sauna are available from 7 to 23, so the problem of not having a hot shower is probably only my personal one. 9/10
Breakfast was taken only one day - the usual buffet, imho, is expensive. And the restaurant is marked as not working in the maps. There is no menu in the booklets in the room. I saw people in the elevator a couple of times with coffee from the nearest coffee shop, something the hotel lacks. 8/10
Clean, cozy, beautiful lobby. In general, if you come to Minsk to ride bicycles, the hotel is ideal: there is parking, it is convenient to get there on foot / by bike / by car.
After riding along the bike paths (one of which leads clearly to the hotel), you can sit in the sauna or go for a massage.

My wife, my child and I stayed at this hotel! I liked everything very much!

The wifi quality in the room is terrible. There is only a free renesans_minsk_fri network, to which anyone can connect, regardless of the settlement. The speed in the room is no more than 3mb, the speed in the foi from the same network is 60mb.
In the hotel itself, the smell (in the foyer / on the floor / in the room) is like in a grain/cereal storage room.
There were moths flying in the room, or, again, animals that occur during the storage of cereals (the photo remains).
The menus in the room/restaurant/bar vary.
When ordering food and drinks at the bar, drinks are confused, food / tea is brought for 40 minutes and cold / heated in the microwave (the plate is wildly hot, the dish is cold).
The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is great
The room is very noisy because of what is happening in the hallway - you can hear everything.

Dirt! Tasteless! I do not recommend it!
We booked a corner suite, we expected a great stay in a 5-star hotel, but this is about TIN!!!
Additionally paid for early check-in and breakfast breakfasts, I have not seen such a low quality breakfast for a long time-no variety, the cheapest sausages and EVERYTHING COLD. Cold fried eggs (which have just been taken out), cold pancakes and casserole.
Only fresh was delicious and that was it. In general, we stayed hungry at the cable, went to other places for breakfast.
Corner suite-peeling baseboards, dirty table, shabby doors, yellow stains on the tiles by the toilet (it was a shock!!!). And in the living room in the room, they saved on curtains-if you want to sit on the couch and create semi-darkness, then you will not succeed. There are not enough curtains for up to the window, it was already the cherry on the cake)))
One of the advantages was that the air conditioner was working in the room and it was quiet.
Spa pool (not cold water among the advantages), Jacuzzi and two saunas. The women's locker room was not working.
In general, the hotel made a very sad impression, it does not match its stars and stated value in any way. The rest was pretty spoiled, as a result, they left earlier.

After 10 minutes, they don't bring our order)

Of the cons, one is fat! There was practically no window in my room! This is due to the external architectural structure of the building, and as they explained to me later, the room with a similar window, or rather with almost no window, is almost the only one on the floor. But it was me who got it. With this triangular half-frame, the room looks like a fortress. At the same time, the floor was half empty. It is unclear what the staff was thinking when checking in, but for me it was not critical, because the main task was to get enough sleep from a long journey. And it was not difficult to do this - the bed and pillows in the room are comfortable and comfortable.
In general, in terms of windows, I propose to clarify when checking in.
